A challenging and 'Improving' school in the centre of Blackburn have a approached me for teaching assistants who have experience working with children of a challenging nature. It is essential that you can build good working relationships with children who may struggle with behaviour as a result of special educational needs such as ADHD and ASC.

Teaching Personnel are currently supplying a range of staff in school on a day to day and longer term basis. Candidates from an SEN or Care background will fair better in school.
