Accrington Primary School- Require Teacher in Reception Class

A Primary School in Accrington are looking for a spirited, passionate and dedicated Reception Teacher, who is eager to expand their experience working within EYFS. The role will be to primarily support the development of a group of 30 children in the Reception Class; improving attainment in language, communication skills, Maths and English.

The school are looking for a candidate who has a extensive understanding of the EYFS curriculum and who is secure undertaking baseline assessments with the children and can produce effective planning.

The position is to start after the February half term as the current Class Teacher is going on maternity leave. The position is a temporary post but with the potential to become permanent member of staff else where in school. The Head Teacher has specified she wants an encouraging and positive practitioner with good behaviour management. The school is a small one form entry school which is recognised for its vibrant and friendly atmosphere. The Head Teacher has stated the school is an 'appealing and a friendly school with warm and approachable staff'.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £100-£150 per day

Monday to Friday (40 hours)
