ABA Tutor

Job description


We are looking to recruit full-time ABA tutors to teach primary and secondary children using Applied Behaviour Analysis techniques in Maidenhead. The role involves working with within a school setting.

Whilst no experience is necessary, a psychology or relevant degree is helpful and a natural enthusiasm and energy to work with children and young people is essential.

Full theoretical and practical training is provided with on going training and supervision. In addition this school provides the opportunity to pursue an excellent career progression in the education sector.

The successful candidates must have effective interpersonal and communication skills; an ability to listen, understand, educate, advise and present and the ability to work as part of a professional team, including taking direction from managers and giving and receiving feedback to all members of the team.

The school requires ABA Tutors 8.30am-4.30pm.Part time positions will be considered and would involve working two or three full days a week.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
