A1 Assessor / IQA – Bradford (BD1)

Location: Bradford City Centre (BD1)
Pay: £130 – £200 per day (depending on qualifications and experience)
Contract: Full-Time or Part-Time | Long-Term | Temp-to-Perm

We’re looking for a qualified A1 Assessor / IQA to join a forward-thinking training and education provider in Bradford (BD1). The setting supports young adults aged 16–25 who may not have thrived in mainstream college, providing tailored learning and vocational qualifications to help them achieve their goals.

The Role:

As the A1 Assessor / IQA, you will:

  • Deliver and assess vocational qualifications such as Childcare, Health & Social Care, and Employability Skills.

  • Support learners aged 16–25 in achieving their qualifications through personalised, practical teaching and assessment.

  • Ensure compliance with awarding body standards and maintain up-to-date records of learner progress.

  • Carry out internal quality assurance (IQA) duties, ensuring assessment standards are met across all learners.

  • Work closely with tutors, pastoral teams, and curriculum leads to maintain a high standard of learning.

Ideal Candidate:

✅ A1, CAVA, or D32/33 Assessor qualification
✅ IQA qualification (desirable)
✅ Experience supporting young people with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs
✅ Excellent communication and organisation skills
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain)
