**1:1 Learning Support Assistant**


**Part-Time or Full Time positions available**

**£55-£65 Per Day**

Our Specialist SEN Branch here at Teaching Personnel are currently seeking to recruit a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant work full time in a SEN school in Swansea. The role will offer the suitable candidate the opportunity to work in an inclusive and supportive environment which aims to provide the best learning experiences for their pupils. The school is committed to ensuring that their pupils have the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities to support them in their journey towards becoming confident life long learners.

The ideal 1:1 Learning Support Assistant will have recent experience working within classroom setting and of supporting a child with complex learning needs. They will be passionate about helping young people progress. They will be expected to use their own initiative in the classroom, effectively utilising their communication skills to support pupils and teaching staff.

To become a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant in this SEN school you will:

  • Have experience of working with young people in a learning environment within the last 3 years. Experience working in secondary schools will be beneficial but not essential.
  • B able to provide two professional references.
  • Be able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
  • Be able to support the learning policies and become an active member of the teaching team.
  • Be able to expand the learning ability for pupils of all levels. As part of the Academics Supply Team you will benefit from:
