Do you want to support children on a 1:1 basis?

Have you 2 years previous experience of working with children and young people?

If yes, then we want to hear from you!

We are looking for 1:1 support assistants to work with children and young people who need additional support. These roles are working with pupils who have challenging behaviours and additional needs.

The roles are working full time from 8:30-3:30, 5 days a week. The roles do require you to work on and off site with the pupil doing different curriculum and non curriculum based activities. This requires the candidate to drive with access to their own vehicle.

The ideal candidate will have relevant and recent experience of working with children and young people in education. Additionally if you have worked as a care worker supporting children we would love to hear from you.

If you have relevant qualifications such as:

  • Team Teach
  • MAPA
  • Makaton
  • behaviour management

Or other related qualifications then please let us know!

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
