Recruiting an SEN Teaching Assistant available for an IMMEDIATE start in Ealing

Requirements for the Role:

  • Have worked with a range of SEN pupils (including Autism, ADHD and Speech and Language
  • Be calm, passionate and understanding
  • Use initiative, the ability to adapt and to be inventive when dealing with different needs
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Has worked 1:1 with children with speech and language requirements
  • Minimum NVQ Level 2 (Graduates seeking a long-term career in Education will also be considered)

An applicant with previous experience with Autism, ADHD and PMLD is favourable however; overall experience with working with SEN children will be taken into account. Additional training for SEN is great but not crucial as we are able to offer course such as, NASEN, Autism Awareness Training and Ruth Miskin Read Write Inc Phonics training.

This position is ideal for aspiring teachers looking to gain valuable experience and the perfect opportunity to get into a variety of schools.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
