Teaching personnel are looking to recruit a 1:1 behaviour support teaching assistant for an "outstanding" school in Manchester, M22. The role will be on a full time basis starting in September.

The school is under excellent leadership, The inspiring head teacher is very well complemented by an extremely able and talented deputy head teacher

The student is in year 4 with Social and Emotional Mental Health which can sometimes result in unsettling behaviour for the Manchester school. The pupil can sometimes be aggressive and challenging so experience with this behaviour would be beneficial.

If you have experience in working with children with SEMH, whether it be in a school environment or even out of school such with coaching or youth club background then this would be beneficial. The pupil is distracted very easily and can effect the whole classes' concentration. You will be spending time both inside and outside the classroom so the role will require a good level of patience.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
