1:1 Education Support Workers

Job description

Teaching Personnel are currently looking for Education Support Workers to help support challenging behaviour for specialist schools in Salisbury. The schools cover all ages, from KS2 - KS4, for students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health Difficulties.

If you are an experienced Teaching Assistant, this role is ideal for you.

Work type:

- Daily cover work with flexible working hours, term time only

- Opportunities for semi-permanent and full-time positions all available.

Requirements:

- Youth work experience

- Teaching assistant experience

- Experience or ability to work with EBD, ADHD.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
