Teaching Personnel are working with a client school in the Bournemouth area. The school is a Pupil Referral Unit, catering for pupils who have been excluded from mainstream school. The pupils can display challenging behaviour.

We are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work on a 1-1 basis with pupils in Key Stages 3 and 4. You will be working with the pupils off-site (usually at a Library or Learning Centre).

You must be resilient, have a good sense of humour and have strong behaviour management.

As you will be taking pupils off-site, you must have access to a vehicle and have business motor insurance.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
