1:1 Behaviour Support in Christchurch

Do you have experience supporting children with behavioural needs?

Teaching Personnel are working with a client school in the Christchurch area, seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to work on a 1-1 basis.

This is a full time position - Monday to Friday, 8.30-3.30. The role will involve supporting a KS2 pupil on a 1-1 basis. The pupil has behavioural needs and requires support both inside and outside of the classroom.

The school has a very supportive team and has excellent facilities to help support learning.

The successful candidate will have experience supporting behaviour. This doesn't necessarily need to be within a school setting; applicants with experience with youth work and care would also be considered. Team Teach training is desirable.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
