1:1 Behaviour Teaching Assistant

Teaching Personnel are looking for a 1:1 behaviour Teaching Assistant who is looking for full time work, term time only 8:30-3:30. The role requires you to support a pupil on and off site ensuring they are engaged with as much of the curriculum as possible.

The ideal candidate will have: minimum of 1 year experience of working with children and young people - this can be paid or voluntary, GCSE A-C in Maths and English, 2 x A levels or equivalent - BTEC/NVQ level 3, passion for supporting pupils with SEMH and have a full UK driving licence with access to their own vehicle.

If you have additional experiences or qualifications that relate to working/supporting children and young people then please make this clear on your CV.

All candidates who works with Teaching Personnel are required a DBS in child workforce which is registered on the update service. If you do not have a current DBS then do not worry as we can support you through the process.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
