1:1 Autism Support - Trafford, Sale

If you answered yes to the above questions then the perfect role could have become available. Teaching Personnel are working closely with a Trafford Primary school in Sale (M33). The school has stated that they are looking for someone with the relevant experience to work on a 1:1 basis with a KS1 pupil with Autism. The role will be on a full time basis starting ASAP.

The school, recently rated "good" in their latest Ofsted report, is said to be a brilliant and welcoming school to work in. the current Head Teacher has really turned the school around in the short amount of time they have been in the position. The Trafford School is 1 form entry and is a very personable school having affiliations with the local community. The new head has been described as "leading by example through brilliant ideas and has brought a real breath of fresh air to the school".

The pupil that you will be working with is non aggressive and none threating. The pupil struggles being in the classroom due to the social aspects. The school are looking for the perfect candidate to be able to work 1:1 with the pupils and help them build confidence and improve their ability in order to be able to reintegrate back into the classroom. Ideally the school is looking for someone with previous experience in this field, although they have stated that the right personality and attitude could really benefit the pupil.
