Job description

Teaching personnel are currently working with a Roman Catholic Primary School in south Manchester, Wythenshawe. The school are looking for someone to offer 1:1 support for a pupil with Autism. The role will be on a full time basis beginning at the start of the next academic year in September.

The role would require you to support the pupil with Autism on a 1:1 basis and also to inspire the student to succeed both academically and socially. The pupil is very bright and is non threatening and is currently in year 2 about to progress to year 3 in September. The pupils just needs support in and out of the classroom. If you have previous experience working with Autism, in or out of school settings, this role could be a great opportunity for you. The role is looking to start in September on a full time basis

The Manchester based Roman Catholic primary school is a relatively small and personal primary, the school is Part of the Wythenshawe catholic trust. Anyone who is read, write, inc phonics trained is highly sought after.
