I have been at Teaching Personnel for 18 months now having progressed from a trainee Recruitment Consultant to a Branch Manager during this period. Prior to becoming a Branch Manager I received an award for being in the top three most improved consultants in the company and also a special achievement award.
I have achieved this inside a short space of time through hard work, attention to detail, integrity and honesty. This approach has resulted in establishing excellent relationships with both schools and candidates who have responded very well to my transparent and personable approach to finding individuals placements in Primary Schools in North and East London.
I have an interesting background in terms of qualifications with my undergraduate degree in Archaeology/Palaeoecology and a Masters in Forensic Investigation. These degrees have helped me to always review my work critically and be able to work well under pressure!
Outside of work I love exercising and playing team sports including Football and Hurling. I have always been extremely competitive in anything I do which stems from playing sports. This is something that helps me to have the edge as there is nothing I hate more than losing at anything!
