The Catholic School Recruitment Partnership product was created to offer unique, bespoke tailored services to Catholic schools, groups, Diocese and to candidates wanting to work in catholic schools

Teaching Personnel has relationships and partnerships with  a number of Diocese, school groups, CMAT’s and clusters nationwide which means a wealth of work for candidates and credibility in the Catholic School networks

Teaching Personnel has set up a number of CPD collaborations with Diocese and Catholic schools to ensure quality CPD is offered to our candidates who then work in Catholic schools. This ensures we can provide quality candidates who are up to date with changes and developments in the education market

The forums provide a valuable opportunity for candidates to become familiar with the Catholic ethos, understand what is expected in regards to aims/objectives, collective worship, prayer time and Religious Education

Writes and delivers headteacher insight forums for Teaching Personnel candidates on CV writing, job applications and interview skills  

Delivers internal training for Teaching Personnel staff to upskill consultants in Catholic education, how to recruit for and tailor our service to meet the needs of Catholic schools, and also support the Catholic ethos
