I started my journey with Teaching Personnel in February 2016 as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant working my way up the ladder to become the Swansea and West Wales Branch Manager.
Prior to Teaching Personnel I studied for a business management and marketing degree at the University of the West of England and gained professional experience working on the LIDL placement programme.
I always wanted to pursue a rewarding career in which I can make a positive difference to people’s lives and have done this over the last 4 years, managing to secure individuals with their dream jobs and building strong, mutually beneficial relationships with candidates and clients alike.
I love working for TP for these reasons as well as I thrive in a rapidly growing and successful environment where there’s a clear structure for progression.
In my spare time I love travelling around the world and eating my way through the places I visit!
