A star turn on their school's stage awaits a group of teachers at George Ward School in Melksham as they do their bit for Comic Relief.

According to the Wiltshire Times, those in teaching jobs at the school will be 'shaking their tail feathers' in a Blues Brothers style dance, as just a few of the thousands of people who are taking part in events for charity today.

Teachers from a range of departments are getting involved in the Red Nose Day fun, living up to this year's theme of 'Do something funny for money'.

"I think the children will be happy to pay to see us make fools of ourselves. I know they are going to take the mick out of us but it’s for a good cause," dance, drama and PE teacher Tamsin Randall told the paper.

Ms Randall has choreographed the dance along with drama, English and art teacher Charlie West.

Money will be raised for Comic Relief as children pay a donation to watch their teachers perform.

Meanwhile, it will also be a role change for supermodel Kate Moss tonight, as she plays a teacher in a sketch on television with Sadie Frost and Katy Brand.
