Schools across West Cumbria will take part in a variety of fundraising activities today (November 20th) to raise cash for Children in Need.
According to the Cumbria Times & Star, pupils at Workington's Victoria Junior School are wearing their clothes back to front, while children at nearby Victoria Infant and Nursery School are allowed to dress down for the day.
Creative youngsters at Southfield Technology College, meanwhile, are planning to create a huge model of the charity's mascot Pudsey Bear out of coins, which they will donate to the cause.
Brave teachers at Workington's Westfield Junior School will face a vote in morning assembly to see who will, be gunged, while both children and staff arrive in fancy dress inspired by the song Old MacDonald Had a Farm.
Meanwhile, those at Orleans Park School in Twickenham have all gone dotty for the day, with students encouraged to wear spots on their clothes, reports the Hounslow Guardian.
