We are delighted to announce that Teaching Personnel are the first agency to be awarded both the English and Welsh Quality Mark accreditations.  The Quality Mark Wales was awarded to us in April 2008.

The Quality Mark Wales was launched as a joint initiative between the Department for Children, Education, Lifelong Learning and Skills (DCELLS) and the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) to help drive up standards for everyone in the sector.

All of Teaching Personnel's processes, policies and procedures relating to the recruitment, selection, vetting and management of supply staff were thoroughly scrutinised as part of the Quality Mark assessment.  It is pleasing that our high standards have been formally recognised and we are excited about what this award will mean for our reputation in Wales and our ability to increase the work opportunities available to our registered candidates in Wales.
