From London A12

• Exit the M25 at 'Junction 28' onto the A12
• Remain on the A12 until 'Junction 15'
• At the roundabout at the bottom of the slip road, take the second exit onto A414 (Three Mile Hill) towards Chelmsford
• Take the second exit at the roundabout
• Pass the bowling alley on the left and at the next roundabout take the first exit onto A1016 (Westway)
• Continue onto Waterhouse Lane and then Rainsford Lane
• Join the A1016 (Parkway) until you reach a large oval roundabout
• Enter the roundabout and turn into Glebe Road (3rd exit, almost the entire way around the roundabout)
• Follow this road around following car park signs
• Lyttleton House is then a short walk away

From Colchester A12

• Leave the A12 at 'Junction 17'
• Join the A1114, the roundabout and flyover leads to Parkway
• Join the A1016 (Parkway) until you reach a large oval roundabout
• Enter the roundabout and turn into Glebe Road (3rd exit, almost the entire way around the roundabout)
• Follow this road around following car park signs
• Lyttleton House is then a short walk away
