From the M5 Southbound

• Exit at 'Junction 10' and take the A4019 to Cheltenham Town Centre
• At the traffic lights with Tesco on the right, turn right onto Gloucester Road
• At the third set of lights turn left onto St Georges Rd
• At the second set of lights turn left, pass the Bayshill Pub then turn left onto St James Square
• Continue to the mini roundabout and proceed straight across, Festival House is on the left

From the M5 Northbound

• Exit at 'Junction 11' and take the A40 into Cheltenham
• Stay on the A40 for about 2 miles then turn left onto the B4385 opposite TGI Fridays
• Pass Travis Perkins and turn right at the lights onto St Georges Road. At second traffic lights turn left onto St Georges Place
• Pass the Bayshill Pub then turn left onto St James Square
• Continue to the mini roundabout and proceed straight across, Festival House is on the left

From the M40/A40 and M4 via Swindon

• Follow the signs to Cheltenham and then the Town Centre to arrive at the inner ring road (one way clockwise). Take the mandatory left turn onto Bath Road and then second right onto Oriel Road
• Continue past the Town Hall and move into centre lane following signs for Magistrates Court at traffic lights. The road then bends sharp right then left, keep in the left lane and go straight on at the left hand set of lights
• Move into the right lane to turn right at next traffic lights onto St Georges Place
• Pass the Bayshill Pub then turn left onto St James Square
• Continue to the mini roundabout and proceed straight across, Festival House is on the left
