Working on supply can sometimes feel quite solitary. You may find that working in a number of schools, often at short notice, does not always allow you to build up relationships with either full-time or other supply staff. At Teaching Personnel we believe that supply staff should not feel excluded from this incredibly important aspect of working life. We know that your professional development and peace of mind can be significantly boosted by having the opportunity to share your thoughts, ideas and experiences with other local supply staff in a friendly environment. To help you meet other supply staff your local branch consultants arrange regular, informal 'teacher forums' that are open to all of our registered supply staff. These events are informative, fun and designed to provide you with opportunities to interact with others in the same position as you.
