If a requirement is for a long-term placement, that investigation would need to be fairly extensive, in order to enable us to find the best possible 'teacher fit' for the placement. For more urgent and short- term supply positions, a brief explanation may be all that is feasible which will be supported by our consultant's historical knowledge of your school's needs and preferences.
