Based in one of our busy and vibrant branches at a choice of locations across England and Wales, our graduate trainee recruitment consultants will take part in an intensive induction and on-going programme of training, covering all the key aspects of the recruitment processes and providing them with the right skill set for a successful career in education recruitment.
For this graduate opportunity we are looking for university graduates who are educated to degree level. What discipline you studied is not important. You will, however, need a good academic record and be able to show how you've used your initiative and team-working skills prior to and during university.
Experience is not necessary - what's essential is that you have plenty of drive and enthusiasm, with the ability to communicate with people at all levels and a willingness to learn new skills. We'll also expect you to have done plenty of research and demonstrate a genuine commitment to your chosen career path. Also, due to the nature of the role a full UK driving licence is essential.
