Teaching Personnel has 30 branches across England and Wales. Our local branches enable us to provide schools and candidates with a service that focuses on the individual needs of each customer. Having local offices also means that we recognise, understand and accommodate the varying social and environmental factors that exist in every location.
Candidates registering with us will benefit from a dedicated local consultant who will ensure they find the type of work that best suits the individual needs of their candidates. Schools are also allocated a local consultant who will get to know each school thoroughly. This will enable them to better match staff to a school based on skill sets and other criteria.
Our local branches are often the locations for many of the training courses and teacher forums that teachers and support staff benefit from when they register with us. What's more we like to think that our local offices are welcoming places and invite our registered teachers and teaching assistants to drop in whenever they wish.
We regard our branch staff as professional and personal marketing teams for our candidates. While you are teaching they are working hard to get you more of the work that you desire.
