Our Philosophy

Teaching Personnel aims to help schools deliver higher levels of pupil attainment. Much more than simply a supply agency, Teaching Personnel's consultants, managers and directors all share a set of values that dedicates our services to supporting the raising of standards and increasing pupil attainment.

Whether it is providing a teaching assistant to support literacy or a qualified maths teacher to deliver curriculum continuity for a group of GCSE maths pupils, we recognise the important role we play in helping schools and pupils achieve the best possible results.

Even on a cold wet morning when a school simply requires a day of cover for a sick member of staff, we will strive to match the best candidate to cover that class. We will consider subject specialisms, continuity of learning and the suitability of the candidates we have available and if we don't feel we can provide an appropriate member of staff, we will tell you so.

We believe our approach is beneficial for our schools and their pupils and also know it enriches the working lives of our registered teachers and classroom support staff.
