After an early career in accountancy John moved into the recruitment industry where, for the last twenty years, he has worked within a variety of private and public sector markets. As Managing Director he brings a range of experiences that help guide the business, ensuring we continue to provide schools and teachers with services of the highest quality.
Fiona Eldridge - Chairman
Fiona joined Teaching Personnel as Chairman in 2001. With a background in education as a sixth form college Principal and acting Head of Teacher Supply and Recruitment at the Teacher Training Agency, Fiona's role is to ensure that everything Teaching Personnel does has an educational focus.
Gareth Evans - IT Director
Gareth began his career as an Accountant and before joining Teaching Personnel in August 2000, worked at Corporate Services Group PLC. Since joining TP, Gareth has been instrumental in the development of the company's IT infrastructure and bespoke database software.
Jonathan Roback - Finance Director
Jonathan began his career as a qualified chartered accountant and left practice in 1995. Since then he has worked in general recruitment as a Finance Director for 5 years and has been with Teaching Personnel since 2001.
Caroline Cheale - Quality Control and Southern Operations Director
Caroline was originally a qualified teacher but moved into the realms of education recruitment soon after qualifying. She has been working with Teaching Personnel since 1999, originally starting as a Recruitment Consultant. Caroline is now responsible for: improving and embedding quality across key business areas, the development of company policies and procedures, the implementation and monitoring of recruitment and vetting standards, overseeing the company internal training programme and promoting the professional development opportunities for our registered candidates.
Fiona Crownshaw - Northern Operations Director
After an early career in banking and three years with another education recruitment agency, Fiona joined Teaching Personnel in 2003 as a Branch Manager. Fiona quickly progressed to become Regional Manager and then Senior Regional Manager opening several branches in the north of England. Now Operations Director for the northern region, Fiona plays a vital role in ensuring Teaching Personnel deliver a high quality teacher supply service.
Anthony Lee - Marketing Director
With a degree in marketing Anthony started his career at Coca-Cola. Anthony joined Teaching Personnel in 2000 and has worked in a variety of roles at a number of locations for the company. Anthony joined the Marketing Department in 2005 where his focus ensures Teaching Personnel's customers consistently receive a full range of quality, beneficial and relevant services.
