This is a residential school based just outside of Hinckley. They are looking to recruit a female residential care worker to balance out the male to female ratio. The position will consist of 37 hours per week which will be split over early shifts (7.30am-3.30pm) and late shifts (3pm-11pm.) The role requires a strong personality but also someone who has a nurturing side to their personality. The successful candidate will be passionate about making a difference to the lives of young people. The children at the home have low self esteem and react well to a firm but supportive personality.
