Teaching Personnel have a very interesting role starting in September 2010 available for an experienced Learning Support Teacher in Key Stage 3 and 4 SEN intervention provision and participate in the creative development of the behaviour interventions including planning and delivering the teaching of core subjects to students within the LSU. Monitoring the progress of students, reviewing IEPs,regular liaison with parents and students under the guidance of the Senco. A main responsibility will be to deliver and devise programmes of intervention teaching: also monitoring the effectiveness of these programmes. Also ensuring the students and parents are kept fully informed about all matters concerning school events and the curriculum. All applicants need a current CRB,GTC,valid passport,relevant qualifications and experience in a LSU with at least two recent educational teaching references.
